Delivery Information

When will I receive my order?
Most of our products are available for next business day delivery, as long as we receive your order before 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Fridays after 5pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.
We use multiple delivery services to help us deliver across Ireland and EU. Deliveries to some postcodes can take up to two extra days to arrive.
Please note: Some of our products such as furniture, made-to-order or bespoke items may take a little longer to arrive.
 
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50.00 ex VAT. Orders placed below the value of £49.99 ex VAT will incur a delivery charge of £8.50 ex VAT. 
 
Will all the items in my order be delivered on the same day?
The delivery time of your order depends on the type of products you've ordered, their expected lead time and stock availability.
If all the products in your order are in stock for next day delivery, they should be delivered at the same time.
If your order contains products with different lead times, they will be sent to you on different delivery days depending on our suppliers, the type of product and product availability.
You can check stock availability on most of our products at the point of order.
